Impact is as important as profit

We believe that progressive social impact is as important as profit. Not only aligning with our values but in creating long-term sustainability within the company.

Everyone should have autonomy

Bodily autonomy is a fundamental human right. One we are all entitled to, and that includes the right to choose who has access to your body and under what conditions. Our body? Our choice. 

Harm reduction means safer work

We know we don’t live in an ideal world. Our decisions must be pragmatic and made with intention, to minimise harm, especially when we are restricted and affected by harmful systems.

Sex workers at the table

Sex workers exist on the margins of society, and are excluded even from conversations about sex work. We aim to change this. We know that to make thoughtful decisions, we need all the stakeholders in the room.

All for each other

We know we are stronger and more effective when we work together. Collaboration, communication and cooperation allow us to bring our different strengths together, with community, to achieve our shared goals.

Lifting up our community

We have a responsibility to the sex workers and marginalised communities we work with. We are committed to promoting and funding sex workers, peer organisations and their projects.

Love an extra long weekend or need a midweek break? 4 days might just be right for you! 4 days allows plenty of time for the work while still leaving lots of room for the sweeter side of life.

We’re committed to creating a supportive and sustainable workplace where you can thrive both personally and professionally. We want to enable you to take the time you need when you need it.

Choose whether to work through public holidays and take the time back in lieu. This flexibility allows you to observe holidays that align with your cultural or personal beliefs.

We know a well supported team is a happy team and we want to ensure you have access to the resources you need with annual stipend payments.

Access to mental health services can be expensive but so incredibly helpful. We’ll cover up to 5 sessions a year with your chosen mental health professional.

We partner with MyMoneyCircle to provide 1 on 1 financial coaching services to ensure that everyone feels confident in managing their finances. They specialise in delivering personalised financial wellbeing programs that make financial topics easy to understand and accessible for everyone. 

As a way to say thank you for the achievements you help us accomplish each year, we aim to share a portion of our profits with each employee. Additionally, we set aside a portion to give back to the community, supporting workers and orgs directly.
